The traditional patch with the vintage embroidered look, the main style. Made with the finest embroidery thread these patches are used by fashion brands, corporate brands, sports teams and sporting events, government services like Police, Fire Departments, Military and other agencies for their uniforms. These patches can be used anywhere on clothes, caps, jackets, caps, jeans, bags, and shoes.
Around fifty percent of your design will be covered by embroidery thread. The rest will be covered by twill. Best for minimalistic and text based designs.
Seventy five percent
More than seventy five percent of the design will be based on embroidery thread coverage. This option works well when you have a single color background
Each and every aspect of the design will be covered by embroidery thread. Twill will just be used as a base and embroidery threads will be used to form the full design
Standard base material made of woven polyester. Its diagonal weaving pattern is very distinct and the fabric has great opacity and is very durable and washable.
A non-woven textile fabric made of blended, pressed and condensed synthetic fibers like rayon and viscose. Felt is washable, but should be ironed on very low temperatures.
Same as the standard polyester twill but weaved on a military camouflage pattern. Our camouflage twill option is great for Military, Army, Airsoft and Tactical patches,
Smooth, silky, shiny, and h3er than polyester, usually used for recognition and awards patches.
A thick border created with interlock stitch technique around the patch. Can only be applied on general shapes like circle square and ovals, not for complex custom shapes.
A regular embroidered border around the aptch made with stitching then the border is either hot cut or laser cut.
Loose threads left hanging on the border of the patch.
A simple border cut to shape by a hot knife.
Used for design with complex and irregular shapes, border is cut to shape by a high precision laser guided machine.

Regular polyester or silk threads in shining gold and silver colors. Great for a premium look and feel.

Sticky backing that adheres to most kind of fabrics easily by ironing. Also known as heat press, it’s the most common backing option ordered by customers for patches. Its ease of use, price and adherence to almost all kinds of fabric makes it a common choice of customers.
(Hook or Loop) For all optionsAtttach, Remove , Repeat. Velcro backings is a set of strips consisting of a hook strip and loop strip. These two strips when pressed together affix to each other and are disjoined when pulled apart from each other. It’s a good feature if you have multiple patches that are worn and taken off frequently.
Peel and Stick
Peel off the protective paper and stick the patch to any material. Good for short term usage.
Can be used and removed again and again for temporary and long term use.
Insert the fabric between both parts of the magnet and you are good to go.
So you want to make a patch but you don’t want to use it on your garment? How about a patch with magnetic backing, you can affix it in your car, on your refrigerator or any other surface that can be used to affix a magnet. Good for attaching to metal surfaces, cars or a fridge.
Hang your patch on a button it’s great for patches that are for temporary or short term use. The patches can be hanged on a button or lapel pin with the help of the loop and can be easily taken off for later use. No sewing, No gluing. Just hang them.
