Your design is digitized and then uploaded in the weaving machine to create your patches.

How many colors are available?

A maximum of 12 colors can be used.

What is the turnaround time?

Total turnaround time for woven patches is 10 days.

Can I use any kind of border on my patches?

It depends on the shape of the patch. Merrow borders can be used only on common shapes like square, rectangular, circle, oval etc. Stitched borders can be used on all shapes.

Can I make any shape?

Yes, with laser cut and hot cut border technology we can make any desired shape of patch.
